Location: the hotel was not far from Chile. It also was in a very nice area.

Couldn't recommend more this place and will be back. Everything was brand-new and lots to do. We got a room with a bathtub. The location was great, for example, Plaza de Armas was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The facilities were new and the staff were very professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my single room for 1 night. The venue had a particularly great location in a very nice area. The staff met every demand without any trouble.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to transportation and easy to find. the facilities were clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable environment to rest in. Spent my Christmas holydays at a hotel and I must say it was amazing. the rooms were sparkling clean, and the beds were comfortable to sleep in. I was able to take advantage of the hotel's centralized location, which made exploring the city easier. the hotel also had a great breakfast selection, which was a life-saver since most restaurants were closed due to the holiday.

My only issue was that some staff members appeared uninterested in their work, especially at the front desk. When leaving the hotel, my wife had difficulties reaching the front door with two bags and our kids.
